Flute, Descant Recorder / Flute, Bb Clarinet, Violin, Accordion / Piano / Guitar, Bass.

This is a beautiful melody which I heard while holidaying in Brittany: a traditional Celtic melody, it has a haunting quality, enhanced by the shift from G major to E minor for the beginning of the second section, the “B” music.

It is a very gentle melody and should be played very smoothly and with a full, rich tone, but with a real lightness as well.
