Description

This latest addition to me range of flexible arrangements is based on a beautiful traditional Irish melody in triple time, entitled The Wind in the Willows. As usual, the initial instrumentation is: Flutes 1 and 2, Clarinet in C / Bb, Violin, Accordion / Piano / Guitar and Bass, but this can be modified to reflect the resources available.

The music is to be performed Legato  It would be suitable for general ensemble practice, for a Concert, as part of the Performing submission for GCSE (provided that any rules regarding doubling are followed) or even for a Ceilidh. Most importantly – enjoy the music!
