Instrumentation: Violins 1. 2 & 3

Using the same three reels as form the basis of the set within the Folk Band arrangements, this was written after I had left my last school and at the request of some of the older violinists who were determined to keep the folk band going after I had retired.

The arrangements are for three violin lines where the players are of equal ability and the melodic interest is, therefore, passed around.

As well as within a purely instrumental context, this could be used as a GCSE Ensemble submission.
