Description

This is an arrangement of four traditional songs from the North East: Keep your feet still Geordie Hinny, Bobby Shafto, The Blaydon Races and The Lambton Worm plus a short Coda. It is a straightforward arrangement, with each instrument playing the melody at some point, though the majority is in Clarinet 1. The tempo remains constant throughout until reaching the slower Coda.

If desired, individual songs could be repeated to enable the different verses to be sung.

Please note that, although dynamic markings are restricted to f  and mf, a wider contrast might be thought preferable to enable the melody to be heard better. Additionally, the tempo could be eased a little, again if preferred.
